My eBooks are in the Adobe Acrobat file format (PDF file). If your computer doesn't have the Adobe software, you can easily download and install it for free from Adobe at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html .
All of my eBooks come with a No-Questions-Asked Guarantee: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the eBook, just email me within 60 days from your date of purchase - and I'll issue your 100% refund immediately.
Printed books -
You can buy the printed, spiral-bound versions of my books at my LuLu.com storefront: http://www.lulu.com/spotlight/JewelryBusiness .
LuLu prints books one at a time, when they are ordered, and will print your book within 5 business days of your order. LuLu will then mail it directly to you, via the shipping method you chose during the ordering process.
Depending on the shipping method you selected, most customers within the mainland U.S. will receive their printed book(s) within approximately 2 weeks.
Please note that LuLu offers NO refunds on the printed versions of my books.
